of the construction process with full time supervision on site,
resulting in substantial savings in overall project costs. Timeline
Projects cc was subsequently established in 1996 and now provides
both Project and Construction Management services, maximising the
client's return on investment.
Project Management entails the co-ordination of
the Project Professional team appointed by the client on Timeline's
recommendation, together with the planning and programming of the
entire project. Construction Management, on the other hand, involves
the management of the entire construction process and includes the
provision of full time on-site construction supervision and
supporting staff.
